OSTEOBLAST® TRAINING SUMMARY

an older adult dies from a fall (National Council on Aging 2019).


Osteoblast® Training is a strength and conditioning program designed to preserve and increase

bone strength through bone exercises. It involves targeting the areas that are more susceptible to breaking which are

the wrist, hip, and the spine.


The exercises that we do will enhance your bone mineral density and challenge your balance,

which will reduce your risk of falling.
